The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the provider will refund the client within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the goods ordered foes not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise the right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. All items are carefully packaged before shipping to prevent damage during transport.

We are able to ship our products to all geographical locations.

Ordered products will be posted via South African Post Office (SAPO) unless otherwise arranged (For bigger orders the mode of shipment will be discussed with each customer.)

Order Processing will be between 2-20 work days (depending on availability of stock) and we will keep you informed via email.

Import Duties: You may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied once the parcel reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you: we have no control over these costs and cannot foresee what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from overseas, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

If delivered items are not in a good condition, you are welcome to return them for inspection.  Please note all warranties issued by, or indicated by Outdoorshopping are those of the Outdoorshopping Suppliers and are therefore subject to their return policy.
