Return Policy
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use TNT, UTI, FedEx (or any other courier service) or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Contact us to arrange for the return.
We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item.
Replacements
You may request a replacement of any product if its condition is not satisfactory (damaged materials, stains, missing components etc.) within 7 days.Please note that we can process replacements only for items purchased from Outdoorshopping.co.za.
Simply go (within 24 hours of receipt of the package) to the nearest Police Station etc. (any firm, organization or individual which can be regarded as trustworthy where the individual is certified as a commissioner of oaths e.g. a member of the Police or a Lawyer) who will certify that indeed the material is damaged. Sometimes the Post Office will confirm damages of received contents of the package.

We will notify you via E-mail of your replacement once we have received and processed your request. New items will be immediately posted to you at our cost.
